| How
will my images be used?
Images licensed through WorldWeb.com are done so on a royalty-free
basis, which simply means that images are available for use in a
multitude of projects for a one-time fee. Ultimately the buyer is
paying for a licence to use the image, not for the number of times
that it is used. For a full list of uses, see the Licensing
Agreement.
What are my obligations?
Each photographer is required to sign a non-exclusive Contract,
which, authorizes WorldWeb.com to distribute his or her images.
All photographs that you upload in your name MUST be your
property. The contract may be terminated at any time, by either
party, with written notice.
WorldWeb.com does not impose a maximum number of photos that a
photographer can upload, however we do require our photographers
to commit a minimum of 30 images. Photos can only be accepted for
areas that we cover in our directory - Canada, USA, the United Kingdom,
Italy, Bermuda, the Caribbean, France, Ireland, New Zealand and
Australia - and each will be screened to meet our editorial guidelines.
You are always welcome to add your photos to new locations as they
are added to our site. Each photograph can be uploaded in up to
three resolution sizes, each of which is priced individually. You
are given total control over the pricing of your images and can
adjust this price at any time.
