that are travel related will be accepted into our photo gallery.
Subjects may include landscapes, major attractions, city scenery,
transporation and rural life, to name a few. As a general rule, photos
should accurately represent the city or town they are taken in.
Accepted Images
- Well-composed with a clear subject.
- Balanced lighting and correct exposure.
- Sharp and clean, with accurate color balance.
Rejected Images
- Photos with dull or bad lighting (harsh light or shadows).
- Photos that appear over- or under-exposed.
- Photos with excessive noise or grain.
- Photos with borders or text (date stamp, watermark, etc.)
- Photos that have been over-sharpened, or alternatively are too
blurry.
- Studio shots, wedding photography, family snap-shots or portraits.
- Photos with nudity.
- Photos depicting racism, intolerance or other forms of predjudices.
- Photos with recognizable faces not accompanied by a model release
form.
- Photos that are not relevant to the city they have been entered
in (ie wild grizzly in New York City).
- Content not suitable for travel-oriented site as determined by
the editorial staff.
- Photo illustrations.
