This is a legal agreement between you and WorldWeb.com. By downloading an Image from WorldWeb.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that you:

	Have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement (as described below).
	Have read, understood, and accepted the WorldWeb.com's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
	Understand that WorldWeb.com Images are copyrighted and may be owned by a third party, and any unauthorized use by you may be an infringement of such copyright.

If you do not accept or agree with these terms, then DO NOT download any WorldWeb.com Images. This is a licence, not a sale and is bound by the agreements and terms listed below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WorldWeb.com Images are Royalty-free and thus may be used by you multiple times for multiple projects. WorldWeb.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Image.

PERMITTED USES
You may:

	Use WorldWeb.com Images for personal and professional (client) projects including printed materials, packaging, presentations, videos and websites.
	Transfer files containing images to your clients, printers, or ISP for the purpose of reproduction, provided that such parties shall have no further rights to use the Images.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in advertisements, marketing and promotional materials.
	Make prints (i.e. hard copies) and reproductions for personal use.
	Alter, crop and manipulate WorldWeb.com Images.

PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT

	Resell, sublicense, rent or loan WorldWeb.com Images.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in any posters, or other items for resale.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in any logo or part of any trademark or service mark.
	Publish WorldWeb.com Images online in a downloadable format.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images to defame any person.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in a website at a resolution higher than 72dpi.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in connection with pornographic, obscene, immoral, or illegal materials.
	Use WorldWeb.com Images in templates for resale, including website templates, Flash templates and brochure design templates.

TERM
This agreement is effective until terminated. You can terminate this agreement by destroying the WorldWeb.com Images, any modified version of the Images and copies of the Images, electronic or otherwise. The agreement is also terminated if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement, whereby you must also destroy all versions and copies of the Images and cease to use the Image. Termination of the agreement does not absolve you from any financial dues or obligations left owing as a result of non-compliance to this agreement.

LIMITED REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
WorldWeb.com acts as a third-party exchange between those who provide the Images (the Photographer) and those who wish to use the Images. WorldWeb.com makes no representation or warranty that the Images provided are Royalty Free.

The Images are presented 'as is' without representation, warranty or condition of any kind.

ARBITRATION
This agreement is executed and is intended to be performed in the Province of Alberta, and the laws of the Province of Alberta shall govern its interpretation and effect. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If the two parties are unable to agree to arbitration terms within 30 days of initial notification that a dispute exists, judgement on any arbitration award may be entered in any Alberta court having jurisdiction.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement, in its entirety. By downloading Images from WorldWeb.com, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement.
